What is this?

As you can see from the menu links on the right hand side, Fraser Price Consulting can provide a full range of services in support and development / enhancement of Dynamics Nav. From version 2.x to 2009 Classic and RTC.

This web page details a new range of services available to customers that may fit your requirements in terms of:
1. Help is needed now (help is required the same or next day), you want to talk to someone who can help and you are not an existing customer on fixed price support.
2. Your preference is to be billed by the hour.
3. The help required does not warrant more than an hours help. So on site attendance for a day would not be economic.

This service is provided via telephone (or skype) and charged by the hour. All you need do is book an appointment and we will call you.

What can FPC offer?

FPC have over 11 years experience of using, supporting, developing and implementing Dynamics Nav in all its version since Navision Financials version 2. If you do not know the answer, there is no such thing as a stupid question.

FPC currently provide first line support services for a number of clients covering Dynamics Nav versions 4 to 2009 Classic. FPC also provide development services to a range of clients and have implemented Dynamics Nav for a number of clients since 2003.

But if we do not know the answer, we will find out via the web. There are a number of support forums on the web - some more technical that others.

Neil Fraser (the owner) is also a qualified chartered accountant with over 20 years experience of running finance departments and managing changes to people, processes and systems. This has included a number of major projects including setting up a shared services operation from scratch for a Plc.

FPC books are managed on Dynamics Nav 2009 Classic.

So we believe we know the application well!

What are the rates?

Our rates are:
£125 for the first hour and £100 per hour for each hour thereafter.
All prices exclude VAT.

Our day rates (on or off site attendance) start at £600 per day plus mileage plus VAT. Our fixed price support rates start at £500 per month for up to 10 users.

Why would I need this?

There may be a range of reasons within the Dynamics Nav environment that mean you need immediate help.
These can range from specific errors in Nav (what does it mean and how is it fixed) to specific issues with a Dynamics Nav implementation. You could be having issues with the MS Dynamics Solution Centre as appointed to you from Microsoft or facing a decision on the best approach to changing from your legacy system to Dynamics Nav.
Basically you need advice and quickly!

There is nothing quite so frustrating for a user that facing a Dynamics Nav error message that makes no sense. This affects their productivity and the winning of 'hearts and minds' post go live.

So the advice given can be generic (will Nav do x?) or specific (for example explaining what a Nav error message means and how to fix it).

What next?

We are just in the process of setting this new service up which will include payment via Google Check out. Until this has been set up, please email us at info@dynamicsnavconsultant.co.uk if this service is of interest and we can make arrangements to book a telephone appointment slot and take payment.

When Google Checkout has been set up in full, all you need do is:
1. Book an appointment with our senior consultant. Just email us at  info@dynamicsnavconsultant.co.uk and we will confirm within an hour of receiving the email (during normal working hours) available slots (dates and times) for the telephone call.
2. Follow the link supplied in the confirmation email from (1) above to pay for this appointment via Google Checkout and confirm the slot (date and time) required.
3. We will then call you at the agreed time and on the agreed date.
